Useful To Send

• Payout reports: club, filing time, settlement time and method. Member reports are how we catch a slipping clock between rejoins.
• Corrections: tell us which figure looks wrong and we will rejoin on a fresh account.
• A club we have missed: include the free entry route, because a club without one will not be listed.

What We Cannot Do

We cannot unfreeze a balance, verify documents, unlock an account or intervene in a dispute with a club. We never ask for your login details, and anyone who does is not us.
